Chef Zu, a Farm to Table vegan chef, has extensive training and certification in holistic medicine. He regularly conducts classes and workshops concerning holistic food as medicine. He has also combined his passion for organic gardening, healthy seasonal cooking and sourcing locally into his life’s work. “The best medicine is to not need medicine. 80-90% of our health problems are food related.”
